So one thing i’m guilty of – skipping breakfast! While I was a University student, I made it my priority to always have breakfast but since I started working Full Time and became a ‘responsible adult’, that ship pretty much sailed… I’ve also been guilty of the ‘dust’ diet (#RatLife) and eating 1 meal a day while snacking like crazy! I needed a quick AND SUSTAINABLE fix and being the SUGAR LOVER that I am; I decided on breakfast smoothies!
Now i’m still experimenting with recipes but my ‘review’ will be based on my go-to Berry recipe that gets me going in the morning. I will warn you – it’s VERY bitter and quite sweet too but I love it personally….
